Pulte mortgage deserves a rating of 1. They are the worst group of people to deal with.

When we filled out the loan application we wrote in that we were going with wells Fargo mortgage because they had a better rate. Pulte said that if they could match the rate and closing would we go with them, we said yes . They said that we would still get the 7k incentive at closing which would be about 10300 and that was after the 7k deduction. Wells Fargo came up with 8390 at closing without the deduction.

So we wrote a letter stating that we are going exclusively with wells Fargo and they excepted it. In the mean time Pulte still went ahead with the application process as if we were going thru them. The day of closing , one hour before we found out that there were two FHA loan case numbers on the same property, one from Pulte and Wells Fargo. Now we can't close until one of the FHA case numbers is removed by the Gov (FHA).

On top of that we were charged for appraisal two times one from Pulte and the other from Wells. Pulte went and did a appraisal after we told them that we were not going with them on the loan. They also charged 2100 for the loan transfer documents to Wells Fargo so they could finish the loan process.

They are trying their hardest to make this difficult by throwing road blocks in front of us because we did not go with them for our mortgage.

This has been a very upsetting and stressful foe us. Our home that were in has been sold(rent back) and we have to be out by the 31st of August.

Did you follow the Opt-out instructions in the finanacing addendum? We opted out of PM today because of all their BS already. But we didn't finish signing docs to get to the loan processor meaning they can't proceed without us submitting more info but our contract specifically stated we had to officially and formally "OptOut" via mail or email

Typical pulte. They did the same to us.

We have a friend who has settlement company and is a settlement attorney for a title company. He gave them a call and it was fixed quick.
